Omnis Mundi AG is the necessary link between the three core elements that need to be in place when creating a new venture: business modell, financing and team.

In order to find an investment opportunity, Omnis Mundi focuses on three different types of business fields. Through its continuous research and exchange, Omnis Mundi comes up with own ideas that are interesting to follow up or identifies promising franchise opportunities. Despite this own effort, Omnis Mundi also invests into start-ups, provided they have a solid business idea.

These three business fields have one important thing in common: They need to fulfill the criteria of a European opportunity, a clear client advantage, an elaborated business model as well as manageable start up capital.

In case the business idea requires high initial capital, Omnis Mundi is able to syndicate the idea to other investors or simply gives access to growth capital through one of its partners.

However, very often it is not the financing part that is the restricting factor but the required team to lead the business. In order to give support to human ressources, Omnis Mundi provides these start-ups temporarily with own ressources if there is no appropriate candidate within the Omnis Mundi network. The database of high potential entrepreneurs is constantly being refreshed through our close relations with well-known business schools.
